• Please take all rubbish and recycling with you upon departure, as we have very limited rubbish facilities and no rubbish collection. If you need more rubbish bags, please see us.
• Do not cross the stream outside the lodge; this is private land.
• Noise, parties, gatherings, and other social functions are not permitted without prior arrangement. Please be respectful of others regarding noise.
• Hot water may take a while to heat up, and draining can be slow due to the age and small size of the station’s pipes.
• Please return the key to the lodge upon check-out.
• Any damages may be charged for, depending on the nature of the damage. If anything goes wrong or if there are any damages, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

• One night’s payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
• No refunds are provided as standard.
• If you have a genuine reason for cancellation, please contact us - refunds may be considered at our discretion.
